What happens after we’ve defined a corporate identity?

It’s a good question. There are several ways to start a journey to create a suitable marketing strategy.

Classic solutions like “Answering the 4Ps: Price, Product, Promotion, Place”, which evolve into the “Answering the 7Ps with People, Process and Physical Evidence” should further develop into “Digital Evidence”. But it really depends on your vision and mission – they define where to start.

The most important thing is to begin with a clear vision in mind, which all activities and departments should move towards from the beginning.

One example: Product

Have you put out a product mission? Is it clearly defined? What is the benefit of the product to the consumer and which priority does it fulfill? Design? Usability? Quality? Is it democratic or exclusive? And, just as importantly, what is your product not?
