Implement Go-to-Market Processes

A bigger part of my role as Marketing Manager Central Europe at Vans was to create “go-to-market” processes in cooperation with the EMEA leadership board and our Country Sales Director Central Europe.

We created detailed plans for marketing and sales budgets for six different tiers and target groups, key account strategies and brand activation budgets.

Four seasons and GTM processes plus country specific “deep dives” made Vans the Number 3 shoe brand within the lifestyle & sport segment. And it is still growing at double digits.
