House of Vans, Berlin

A special brand activation event with three activation days full of a marketing mix including two nights of electro and rock’n’roll live gigs, DJ sets, a press breakfast, a key accounts meeting room, product presentations, influencer meet-ups, and hosting the official Bright European Skateboard Award ceremony. This activation was realized three times in total – always during the winter edition of “Mercedes-Benz Berlin Fashion Week” , hosted in off-locations in the heart of Berlin.

As the responsible project manager in cooperation with Black Sparrow productions, London as well as Teherani & Brands GmbH, Berlin, this brand activation became one of the biggest and most successful series in Europe. We had about 5,000 guests and up to over one million video clicks online across three days and live acts like Boiler Room booking, DJ Juan Love aka John Cardiel, and Ray Barbee & Band.

The full PR via Vans EMEA, Bright Tradeshow, Boiler Room in advance and live communication of the event itself was managed live through Boiler Room, YouTube, Vans social media channels, BESA, and Bright Tradeshow channels.
